The next meeting of The Lantern is THIS Thursday, May 13, 2010. Doors open at 6:45. If you need to register your children for free child care, please send an email with their names and ages to thelanternclarksville@yahoo.com. This month we are honored to have Sara Horn, the founder of Wives of Faith and author of God Strong. Sara will share great insight, wisdom, and encouragement with all of us. To get a taste of what's in store, just check out the Wives of Faith website and description of God Strong. You'll be blown away! Copies of Sara's book will be sold for a special price of just $10 on Thursday night! Please invite all your friends to join us! ALSO!
If you're interested in helping the many flood victims in need, please bring any used clothing, shoes, and household goods to The Lantern this Thursday at 6:30. New Spring Thrift Store will be collecting the donations and providing all flood victims with $50 vouchers to use at their stores. Any additional proceeds from selling your items will go directly to native missionaries with Africa for Jesus.
Just look for the big New Spring truck in St. B's parking lot and spread the word about Thursday at 6:30!
