It's that time of year again! Clarksville's annual Rivers & Spires Festival is coming up soon! Be sure to come out for tons of different events including an International Street Fest, Jazz N Wine Tasting, a great kids zone and children's parade and a market place selling everything you could ever imagine! There will also be a wide variety of entertainment for all music tastes! Oh, and did I mention the yummy not at all fattening food?! YAY!!
